In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By accessing the wg777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the wg777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with wg777. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. wg777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately suspended, all Balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the wg777 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wg777 makes no representation that the Services are legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.3 Single Account. Each Player may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. wg777 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, withhold any associated Balances, and void all Wagers placed on such Accounts.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. wg777 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.5 Verification. wg777 may require KYC verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
4.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wg777 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wg777 will treat any activity performed through your Account as authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your wg777 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wg777 support immediately at [email protected]. wg777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. wg777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to prior notification. Accounts with a zero Balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed at wg777's discretion.
5.1 Accepted Methods. wg777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods are displayed in the Account banking section and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by wg777 and displayed in the banking section at the time of transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method.
5.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 15–45 minutes for KYC-verified Accounts. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
5.4 Matching Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your wg777 Account, subject to wg777's fraud prevention procedures. Where this is not possible, wg777 will request additional verification before processing payment to an alternative method.
5.5 Third-Party Payments. You must not deposit funds originating from a payment method that is not in your own name. wg777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses offered by wg777 are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires a verified Account in good standing, compliance with this Agreement, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your wg777 Account are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements are not permitted. wg777 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been met.
6.3 Abuse. wg777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, colluding with other Players, placing opposing Wagers designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other strategy intended to gain an unfair advantage.
6.4 Availability. Bonuses are available to Pakistani Players at wg777's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. wg777 bears no obligation to offer any Bonus to any Player.
7.1 General. All Wagers placed on wg777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
7.2 Errors. In the event of an error in the display of odds, game results, payouts, or Account Balance, wg777 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and correct any erroneous transactions. wg777 is not liable to honour bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error.
7.3 Maximum Payouts. wg777 may impose maximum payout limits on individual Wagers or cumulative daily winnings. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits will be subject to adjustment at wg777's discretion.
7.4 Finality. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by wg777, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Settlement of Wagers is final, subject only to manifest error as described in clause 7.2.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the wg777 Platform:
wg777 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account, void all Wagers, and forfeit all Balances associated with prohibited conduct, without prior notice. Such matters may also be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

wg777 does not permit any individual who has requested self-exclusion from the Platform to continue gambling. If you have self-excluded and find that you are able to access your Account, you must notify wg777 support immediately.
All content on the wg777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of wg777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any wg777 content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wg777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if wg777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
wg777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wg777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. wg777 accepts no liability for any losses arising from system downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
wg777 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, wg777 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wg777 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.
